Ingredients:- 2 c sugar
- 1 c butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 4 Oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 ¼ c flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- mint frosting
- 4 T butter, softened
- 2 T evaporated milk (regular milk is ok)
- 2 c powdered sugar
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
- few drops green or pink food coloring
- glaze topping
- 6 T butter
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350, and grease a 9x13 pan.

In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter until fluffy.

Beat in eggs, then add melted chocolate.

Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture along with vanilla and nuts.

Spread in pan and bake for 25 min, or until no imprint is left when touched.

Do not overbake.

mix mint frosting ingredients until creamy and spread on brownies.

refrigerate 1 hour.

For glaze, combine butter and chocolate and melt.

Add vanilla and blend.

pour gently over pink or green frosting and spread by tipping pan, refrigerate.
