Ingredients:- ½ cup warm water
- 2 Tablespoons margarine
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 1 ¾ c. very warm water
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 pkg. Yeast or 2 Tablespoons
- 7 to 7 ½ c. flour
- Topping (melt in saucepan)
- 1 ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ to ½ cup cube margarine
- Tablespoon dried parsley
Directions:

Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Add the sugar.

Let rise until bubbly.

Mix in rest of ingredients with spoon (use about ½ of flour at this time).

Knead in rest of flour.

Let rest 10 minutes.

Roll out with hands into long skinny rolls.

Lay, side by side, in greased 18" x 11" inch pan.

Brush with topping.

Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese (optional).

Let rise 10 to 15 minutes.

Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until light brown.
