Ingredients:- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ lb bacon (or diced ham)
- 1 large onion chopped
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 4 tsp cider or white vinegar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 30 0z can pork and beans
- 1 15 oz can white beans
- 1 15 oz can red pinto beans
- (can add black bleans or garbanzos or lima beans)

Directions:

Cook ground beef, bacon and onion in large skillet until browned and onions are tender.

Drain if excesssive amount of fat.

Stir in ketchup, salt, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar.

Combine remaining ingredients in a 3 qt casserole.

Stir in meat mixture.

Cover and Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

Barnish with strips of crisp bacon.

Serve over rice.
