Ingredients:
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cans chili beans, undrained
  • 1 can enchilada sauce (10 oz)
  • 1 ½ C shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
Directions:
  1. Place half tortilla pieces in greased 2 qt. dish.
  2. Top with 1 can of beans.
  3. Repeat layers.
  4. Pour on enchilada sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and onions.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°
