Ingredients:
12 corn tortillas
2 cans chili beans, undrained
1 can enchilada sauce (10 oz)
1 ½ C shredded Monterey jack cheese
3 green onions, sliced
Directions:
Place half tortilla pieces in greased 2 qt. dish.
Top with 1 can of beans.
Repeat layers.
Pour on enchilada sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese and onions.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400°
