Ingredients:
  • 6-8 golden russet potatoes
Directions:
  1. Wash and scrub potatoes.
  2. Place trivet in bottom of instant pot.
  3. Pour 1 c water.
  4. Place potatoes on top of trivet, fit as many as you can without stacking.
  5. Cover, turn on high pressure for 16 minutes.
  6. Turn on some music while you wait.
