Ingredients:
Brownies:
4 eggs
2 sticks of butter
2 cups sugar
4 squares unsweetened chocolate or equivalent chips
1 ½ c flour
2 tsp peppermint flavoring
Frosting:
4 Tbls butter softened
2 Tbls milk
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp peppermint flavoring
Chocolate Drizzle:
2 Tbls butter
1 sq unsweetened chocolate
Directions:
For Brownies:
Melt butter and chocolate.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread in greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes.
Cool and make frosting.
For Frosting:
Mix all the ingredients together adjusting quantities of sugar and milk until desired consistency.
Frost brownies and set up in fridge.
Chocolate Drizzle:
Melt and mix together.
Drizzle over the frosting.
Refrigerate
