Ingredients:- 2 ¾ c bread flour (can be all purpose)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 ½ tsp dry yeast
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- ¾ tsp dried rosemary
- 1 ½ tsp italian seasoning (or ½ tsp each oregano, thyme and basil)
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 c warm water
- 1 T olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
Directions:

In the bowl of a mixer, combine all ingredients with a dough hook.

Mix at medium speed for 8 minutes or until dough is smooth and starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl.

Remove dough hook, cover dough with plastic wrap and allow dough to rise 30 minutes.

Deflate dough and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Spread dough out by hand on oiled baking sheet.

Use knuckle to make indentations on dough every ½ inch, or make holes over entire surface with a fork.

Lightly brush dough's surface with olive oil.

Bake 425° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Stir together olive oil and salt and brush over surface of hot bread, serve immediately.
