Ingredients:
  • 1 onion Chopped
  • 12-16 oz Kielbasa Sausage cut in ½ inch pieces
  • 2 T Olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 T Basil
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 12 oz Rotini
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Directions:
  1. Chop onion and sauté with chopped sausage in Olive Oil
  2. Add the minced garlic.
  3. Add the Basil and continue cooking about a minute
  4. Stir in the canned tomatoes, Broth and pasta.
  5. Cover and simmer for about 10-12 minutes stirring once.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese and cream.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
