Ingredients:- 12 large eggs
- ¼ onion, chopped fine
- ¼ green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- cheddar cheese, shredded
- optional toppings: sun dried tomatoes, basil, spinach, mushrooms, Italian seasoning

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

cook bacon, and leave a little grease in pan, remove bacon.

saute onion, bell pepper in bacon grease.

in a bowl whisk together eggs, then add salt, pepper, bacon.

Makes between 12-18.

Bake 15-20 minutes.
