Chicken Teriyaki with frozen chicken- Instant Pot Edit Tags:

Ingredients:- Ingredients
- 6 Chicken breasts, frozen
- 1½ cup soy sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1½ tsp ginger
- 1½ tsp paprika
- 1½ cup honey
- 9 Tbsp cornstarch
- Green onion, diced (to taste)
Directions:

Place frozen chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.

Mix soy sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and paprika and honey in a bowl. Pour mixture over chicken making sure it is coated with the sauce.

Close the Instant Pot and close the valve.

Cook on high pressure for 26 minutes.

Manually release steam and open the lid.

Using 2 forks roughly shred the chicken.

Set Instant Pot to saute.

Mix ½ cup water with cornstarch.

Stir into the chicken and let the sauce thicken around 5 minutes.

Serve on rice or noodles or in sandwiches.

Sprinkle with diced green onion on top.
