Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 T melted butter or olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
Directions:
  1. 1. brine the chicken. Fill large bowl with 1 quart of warm water and ¼ c salt, stir to combine.
  2. Add chicken breasts and let them sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken breasts, pat them dry with paper towels.
  4. Heat oven to 450°.
  5. Place chicken breasts on a large baking dish.
  6. Brush both sides evenly with melted butter or olive oil.
  7. In a separate small bowl, whisk all seasonings.
  8. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken on both sides.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and reaches 165°.
  10. Once chicken is cookied, transfer chicken to clean plate.
  11. Let chicken rest for at least 5-10 minutes.
  12. Enjoy!
