Annette's Chicken Pasta Salad Edit Tags: Salads
Ingredients:- 6 chicken breasts, boiled 20-25 min. with onions, parsley and boullion or baked in 500 ° oven for fifteen minutes. Let cool and cut or tear chicken.

- 2 (12 oz) pkgs curly noodles, one plain, one colored, cooked and rinsed well

- 2 large cans pineapple tidbits, drain juice and save

- 4 C chopped red apples. Soak in pineapple juice and save juice after for dressing

- 4 C grapes, 2 red, 2 green

- 2 cans water chestnuts, rinsed and diced

- 2 C diced celery

- 1 large can planters cashews, salted, halves and pieces

- 1 bunch green onions, chopped stems and all
Directions:

Cut chicken into pieces.

Combine all ingredients, saving pineapple juice.

Make sauce out of the following (make sure you mix this well)

2 large bottles Kraft cole slaw dressing

2 C low-fat mayonnaise

remaining pineapple juice

Pour sauce over salad and mix well.

If you've made this ahead and left in the refrigerator, be sure to stir before serving because sauce tends to settle to bottom.

Makes about 40 servings
