Ingredients:
  • 1 large box Corn Chex
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
  1. Melt butter in saucepan
  2. Add in everything else except the Chex
  3. Boil for 2 minutes
  4. Take off heat and immediately pour over chex in large bowl
  5. Once combined, let cool for a couple minutes
  7. Optional: Drop in clusters on parchment paper for easier snacking
