Ingredients:
  • ½ c butter
  • ¼ c powdered sugar
  • 1 c flour
  • â…› tsp salt
  • semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating well, set aside.
  3. Mix flour and salt together and add to first mixture, combining thoroughly.
  4. Roll out dough until it is ¼ inch thick.
  5. cut into rectangles or any other shape.
  6. place on cookie sheets.
  7. prick each cookie with fork.
  8. bake 20-25 minutes until lightly browned around the edges.
  9. refrigerate or freeze until firm.
  10. melt chocolate and dip.
