Ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup + 2 Tablespoons water
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions:
  1. Combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Knead 5 minutes
  3. Let dough rest for 15 minutes
  4. Roll out half of dough at a time very thin!
  5. Cut out in whatever shapes you want. (Cookie cutters depending on the season can be cute)
  6. Place on cookie sheet and baste with Olive Oil or egg wash
  7. Sprinkle with Salt
  8. Pierce with fork
  9. Bake at 450° 6-8 minutes
  10. Store in an airtight container
