Gail's White Chili Edit Tags: Soups
Ingredients:- 4 cans white beans
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 Tabledspoon garlic power
- 2 med. onions, chopped
- 1 cans white corn
- 2 cans green chilies
- 1 Tablespoon oregano
- 2 Tablespoons cumin
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 cups chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 24 oz. sour cream
- 4 cups monterey jack cheese, grated
Directions:

Saute onions in butter or oil until transparent.

Add spices and other ingredients except sour cream and cheese.

Cook for 30 minutes.

Add sour cream and cook for an additional 15 minutes.

Pour into bowls and top with cheese.
