Directions:
  1. Make this the night before
  2. Cut 1 & ½ loaves of French Bread into 1" slices.
  3. Arrange double layered in a well-buttered 9x13 pan.
  4. Beat 7 eggs
  5. Add 1 ½ cups of Half & Half
  6. 2 cups milk
  7. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  8. ½ tsp. nutmeg
  9. 2 tsp. vanilla
  10. Mix well and pour over French bread.
  11. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  12. Next day
  13. Heat oven to 350°.
  14. Mix ½ cup melted butter
  15. ¾ cup brown sugar
  16. ½ cup chopped pecans.
  17. Spread over French bread.
  18. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  19. Take foil off and cook for 20 more minutes. Serve immediately.
