1 1/4 sticks butter (melted) 1 3/4 C flour 1 T baking powder 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon â…› tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 2/3 C sugar 2/3 C milk 1 egg 1 1/4 C fruit (blueberries, peaches, raspberries, strawberries, etc.) 5 T melted butter 2/3 C flour 2/3 C powdered sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl, whisk to combine. In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/4 sticks melted butter, vanilla, 2/3 C sugar, milk, and egg, whisk to combine. Fold butter mixture and fruit into flour mixture, use no more than 10 strokes. Spoon batter into each greased muffin cup, about 3/4 full. Combine 5 T melted butter, 2/3 C flour, 2/3 C powdered sugar, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon to make the Struesel topping. Press 2 T struesel on top of each. Bake 400 Bake until tops are golden 15-17 minutes. Let cool in pan, serve and enjoy. Notes: This is a really tasty recipe from Taylor Teerlink.
