Ingredients
One per line
6 -12 chicken breasts (use as many as you want) (I used 6 freezer big ones from Costco) 1/2 cup water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
One per line
Put frozen chicken in Crock Pot, pour all ingredients on top. Cook on low for 8 -10 hours, I cooked mine for 8 hours and it turned out very moist. Stir and shred. Ready to serve. I divided mine into 1 lb. zip lock bags and put them in the freezer. Thaw from freezer. Great for casseroles, quesadillas, pizzas, burritos, pastas, soups, salads, etc. Read more at: http://www.food.com/recipe/crock-pot-shredded-chicken-breasts-for-freezing-oamc-188329?oc=linkback
