3 C warm water 1 T yeast 1/4 C honey 1 1/4 T salt 5-6 C flour (I used 3 C white, 1 C wheat, 1 C bread flour, 1 C dough enhancer) the dough enhancer is used to help make the bread less crumbly so the consistency is better, it also improves the shelf life of the bread. Can substitute any type of flour if you do not have dough enhancer.
Directions

Combine water, yeast, and honey, salt in mixer for 1 minute. Add flour and mix 5-7 minutes in mixer until smooth. Cover, let rise 30 minutes. Divide into 2 greased large loaf pans. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Delicious with honey!
