Ingredients One per line	4 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened baking chocolate squares 1/2 cup butter 2 1/2 cups sugar 12 oz can evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp vanilla
Directions One per line	Place chocolate and butter in saucepan, and melt. Once all melted, add sugar, salt, and evaporated milk. Mix with a wire whisk over medium heat until ingredients are well blended. Mix constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Once it has come to a rolling boil, I usually let it boil for an extra 30 seconds to a minute, but not more than a minute. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Serve over ice cream, and any of your favorite desserts!
