1 16 oz can garbanzo beans, drained 2 medium cloves garlic, chopped (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder) 3 T water 1 T lemon juice 1 T olive oil 2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until the hummus is completely smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or pita chips.
