2.5 c milk greens- spinach, zucchini, cucumbers 2 frozen bananas 6 scoops chocolate protein powder 2 big scoops almond butter or peanut butter
Directions

Add milk to blender, and add veggies. It tastes best with spinach. Add veggies until it is up to 5 c. Add bananas, protein powder, peanut butter. Blend, add ice until it gets up to 8 c total. Optional: add granola or cheerios to your individual serving.
