24 oz chicken ( I used a mixture of breasts and thighs but you can use either) 10 oz can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies 15 oz can of black bean refried beans 8 oz frozen corn 1/4 c fresh cilantro 1 cup chicken broth 3 green onions chopped 1 t garlic powder 1 T minced or chopped onions 1 t cumin 1/2 t cayenne pepper salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well. Pour half in the crock pot. Layer chicken on sauce. Cover with remaining sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours or high 4-5 hours. Shred chicken. Adjust salt to taste Serve over rice or on tortillas with your favorite toppings.
