4 lb frozen chicken breasts 2 cups chicken broth 2 cans diced green chiles (or 1 cup salsa) 2 tsp cumin 2 tsp chili powder 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp salt optional: 1 tsp smoked paprika

Add 2 cups broth to the Instant Pot. Add frozen chicken. Sprinkle seasonings over the top. Add green chiles or salsa. Cook on High Pressure for 18 minutes use 20 minutes if the chicken is in a big frozen clump Let it naturally release 5–10 minutes Shred well Stir ½–1 cup of cooking liquid back into the chicken
