Make this the night before Cut 1 & 1/2 loaves of French Bread into 1" slices. Arrange double layered in a well-buttered 9x13 pan. Beat 7 eggs Add 1 1/2 cups of Half & Half 2 cups milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. vanilla Mix well and pour over French bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1/2 cup melted butter 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Spread over French bread. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Take foil off and cook for 20 more minutes. Serve immediately.
